Queer Muslims

I’m a new convert and I decided to be open and honest about being queer and not necessarily broadcast it to other Muslims but to answer honestly if it comes up in conversation. (Not that there’s any shame in being closeted, this is just what I feel most comfortable with.) I’ve come out to a couple people now and it’s been… uh, awkward, to say the least.

Anyway, I always come to your blog when coming out doesn’t go over well and I start feeling down on myself. I have so much love for you and the work you do. <3
